6. Will I be charge anything while booking and giving my credit card details?
No, you will be charge at the time of picking up a van or £25 for "No Show"

7. Can I come over to your place and book a van personally?

No, but our Long Wheel Base Hi Top van has capacity nearly as big as a Luton's.

9. Do your vans have a tail lift?
No, but our Long Wheel Base Hi Top van has a step at the back making it fairly easy to walk into back carrying something.

10. I do not have the paper copy of my licence. Why am I charged extra £5?
The reason we have to charge £5 for is that the in order to check your details with DVLA we must call a premium rate telephone number that charges per minute. Our insurance company will not cover you if we don't check with DVLA. You may be able to get another copy yourself from DVLA.
